WEST OF THE STRIP. An all-male waitstaff who seem to have misplaced their shirts provide almost as much of a show as performers at the adjacent Chippendales Theater. Flirt serves steamily-named cocktails to scores of ladies before and after the show; naturally, plenty of guys hang around, checking out the scene. Make your way to the bar amid the hanging boas for a Lipstick Cocktail with raspberry vodka and champagne, and then settle into a comfy leather ottoman to do a little flirting of your own.
