HENDERSON. In keeping with the Ritz's stellar reputation, this affiliated restaurant is a revelatory experience, defined by exquisite food and service. The romantic dining room affords lovely views of the lake and gardens, and the menu is tinged with Mediterranean influences, including a hearty paella and perfectly prepared lobster. Dinner, while an enticing prospect, gets stiff competition from Sunday brunch, a prix fixe extravaganza that features elegant breakfast fare, sumptuous desserts, and customized cocktails. Monthly wine dinners are popular as well.

THE STRIP. This restaurant offers a truly stunning setting, complete with stone floors, a wood-paneled ceiling, and conservatory.
